Australian explorer, Musgrave Minerals Limited (ASX:MGV) announced further strong results from the ongoing drilling program targeting Starlight analogues at Cue Project. Multiple targets intersected anomalous near-surface gold mineralisation and further high-grade hits at White Heat (Target 2).
Drilling has intersected high-grade, near-surface gold at White Heat over a 70m strike on three adjacent traverses, where it remains open to the east, west and down dip.
Musgrave also identified two large regolith gold anomalies (Targets 14 & 15) that covers over 2km of strike and are present under thin transported cover in an unexplored area lying westward of the Break of Day and Lena deposits.
Aircore traverses have been completed over 23 of 25 targets, with initial assays received for 21 targets. While 19 targets intersected anomalous gold, the program witnessed high-grade results from five targets (Targets 2, 9, 14, 15 & 20).
MGV shares zoomed up by 3.75% mid-day today to $0.415.
