With a career spanning several decades, his recent focus has been on lithium exploration and project evaluation. Decades of Global Brine Expertise
King’s professional history includes extensive work in numerical modeling and chemical analysis, which supports resource and reserve evaluations for large-scale brine operations. His past work has involved qualified person responsibilities across major lithium-producing regions, including South America and Europe.
Notably, he has contributed to resource assessments for prominent players in the sector. These include Albermarle Corporation at Salar de Atacama in Chile, Neo Lithium Corp at the 3Q Salar in Argentina, and Vulcan Energy Resources in Germany's Rhine Valley. This broad range of experience positions him as a specialist in project evaluation and technical due diligence.
Strategic Expansion of Technical Capacity
American Salars emphasized that expanding its technical team is a step towards identifying and developing new lithium salar assets with strategic value. King has led due diligence reviews on more than twenty advanced brine projects and has reviewed over one hundred early-stage assets.
