- Centuria will also raise $185 million through a fully underwritten institutional placement at an issue price of $3.00 per CMA unit;
- The pro forma gearing is expected to be 34.8% and the pro forma NTA per unit is expected to increase by 6 cpu to $2.57;
- The company has given a FFO guidance of 19.0 cents per unit for FY20 and a distribution guidance of 17.8 cpu.
At AEST 01:17PM, the stock was trading at $3.150 per share, no change from previous close.
