AusNet Services Reported Interim Results; Dividend Increased 5%

AusNet Services Limited (ASX: AST) has reported half-year results for the period ended 30 September 2019 (H1 FY20). AST announced an interim dividend of 5.1 cents per share for the shareholders in records on 19 November 2019, franked at 50%, increasing 5% over HY 2019.
  • Revenue increased 5% to $1.02 billion in H1 FY20 from $995.8 million in H1 2019.
  • Net profit after tax was down 5.3% to $171.8 million compared to $181.5 million in HY 2019.
  • In FY 20, AST anticipates paying a total dividends of 10.2 cents per share, franked at 40% to 50%, subject to business conditions.
By 12:50 PM AEST, AST was trading at $1.875, up by 0.53% relative to the previous close.
