SuperX (NASDAQ:SUPX) and Teamsun Form “SuperX Global Service” Joint Venture in Singapore

SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ:SUPX) and Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. announced the formation of a new joint venture, SuperX Global Service Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore. 

Under the joint venture agreement, SuperX AI Solution Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperX, will hold a 51% equity interest in the new company. The venture, called SuperX Global Service, aims to provide comprehensive AI infrastructure services to global clients, supporting SuperX’s AI Factory and Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC) solutions. 

The agreement was signed between SuperX AI Solution Limited, Teamsun Co., Ltd., and certain Teamsun affiliates.  

Service Offerings 

SuperX Global Service will deliver a range of AI infrastructure support and operational services including: 

  • Global Contact Center: Offering multi-channel service access and unified management for SuperX customers. 
  • Deployment Services: Overseeing integration, on-site deployment, and commissioning of AI Factories and servers. 
  • Maintenance Services: Providing warranty, replacement parts, and troubleshooting via a global service network. 
  • Managed Services: Delivering operations and maintenance support to ensure system uptime and performance. 

These services will cater not only to SuperX’s own AI products but also to third-party AI systems, enhancing interoperability and reliability across enterprise-level deployments. 

Leveraging Teamsun’s Global Service Experience 

The collaboration builds on Teamsun’s two decades of experience in IT and cloud computing services. With operations in 18 countries, 37 delivery centers, and over 7,000 employees, Teamsun provides digital and cloud solutions to more than 16,000 large enterprise clients. 

The new venture integrates Teamsun’s extensive delivery network with SuperX’s modular AI technology to meet the growing demand for dependable, full-scale AI infrastructure support. 

Future Outlook 

According to SuperX, the establishment of SuperX Global Service enhances its operational reach and strengthens its ability to provide consistent service to global enterprise customers. The joint venture is also expected to develop standardized service products aligned with SuperX’s AI Factory hardware and software, providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end support. 

The partnership aims to create a cohesive infrastructure ecosystem centered on AI Factory deployment, maintenance, and management.
