ServiceTitan (NASDAQ:TTAN), a leading provider of software for the home services industry, has posted strong financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q3 FY2025), reflecting impressive growth and operational progress. The company reported total revenue of $199.3 million, marking a significant 24% increase year-over-year. Platform revenue, which is a key component of ServiceTitan's business, rose by 26%, amounting to $191.2 million. These growth figures highlight the company’s ability to capitalize on the increasing demand for its software solutions in the home services sector.

Despite the revenue growth, ServiceTitan experienced a GAAP loss from operations of $44.0 million in Q3 FY2025, a slight increase from the loss of $36.1 million recorded in the same period of the previous year. The company’s GAAP net loss widened to $46.5 million compared to $39.7 million in Q3 FY2024. While these figures represent financial challenges, the company’s non-GAAP operating income for the quarter was positive, coming in at $1.6 million. This is a notable improvement from the $4.3 million operating loss in the prior year’s third quarter, signaling better operational efficiency and cost control.

Key metrics for Q3 FY2025 also demonstrate ServiceTitan’s strong position in the market. The company achieved a net dollar retention rate above 110%, indicating that its existing customers are increasing their spending on its platform. Furthermore, the company reported Gross Transaction Volume (GTV) of $17.8 billion, which is up 20% year-over-year, showing increased adoption and usage of ServiceTitan’s platform by customers.

ServiceTitan also saw an improvement in its cash flow. Operating activities generated $15.5 million in cash during the quarter, a significant increase from the $0.4 million generated in Q3 FY2024. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the quarter stood at $133.8 million, providing a solid financial foundation for the company moving forward.

Looking ahead, ServiceTitan projects a strong finish to FY2025. For Q4 FY2025, the company expects revenue in the range of $199.0 million to $201.0 million. For the full fiscal year, ServiceTitan anticipates total revenue between $761.6 million and $763.6 million, demonstrating its ability to continue expanding despite the challenges of profitability.

In addition to its financial performance, ServiceTitan reported strong adoption of its new products, including Sales Pro and Contact Center Pro, which are expected to further drive growth in the coming quarters. These products are designed to enhance the capabilities of service businesses by improving sales processes and customer interactions.
