  • The agreement addresses the customer’s need for scalable, automated, and service provider–class DDoS mitigation.

Radware® (NASDAQ:RDWR), a provider of application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, has announced a new multi-year customer agreement with a leading global software-as-a-service enterprise. The deal expands Radware’s customer base within the SaaS sector and centres on the deployment of its DefensePro® DDoS mitigation technology to protect critical digital infrastructure.

Multi-Year Agreement with Global SaaS Enterprise

Under the agreement, the customer has implemented Radware’s DefensePro solution to protect its applications and infrastructure from distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. The SaaS provider operates on a global scale and required a solution capable of maintaining performance and availability across a rapidly growing customer base.

Addressing Large-Scale DDoS Attacks

Prior to selecting Radware, the customer experienced repeated DDoS attacks ranging from approximately 30 Gbps to more than 600 Gbps. These incidents highlighted the need for consistently fast and reliable mitigation capabilities capable of responding to both moderate and high-volume attack traffic.

Radware’s DefensePro solution was deployed to provide automated, real-time mitigation designed to reduce time to mitigation and minimise service disruption. The solution is designed to operate across complex, distributed environments commonly used by global SaaS providers.

Scalability and Deployment Requirements

Beyond immediate threat mitigation, the SaaS company sought a DDoS solution aligned with service provider–class operational requirements. The organisation faced scalability constraints with its previous vendor as its revenue and customer base expanded significantly over the past decade.

Radware’s architecture and automation features supported the customer’s requirement for a solution capable of scaling alongside continued business growth. Flexible deployment options also supported integration across diverse infrastructure environments, enabling consistent protection across regions.

Industry Recognition and Market Presence

Radware’s DDoS mitigation capabilities continue to receive recognition from industry analysts and review platforms. Organisations including G2, PeerSpot, and QKS Group have identified Radware as a market leader in DDoS protection based on customer reviews, satisfaction metrics, and market presence.
