Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIE) announced the appointment of Chris Nixon Cox as Global Strategic Advisor to advance its “EAI + Crypto” Dual-Flywheel and Dual-Bridge global expansion strategy. Mr. Cox, who serves on the Board of the Richard Nixon Foundation and is the grandson of former U.S. President Richard Nixon, will play a key role in strengthening investor relations, government affairs, and cross-border industrial cooperation.

Under the new advisory agreement, Mr. Cox will help Faraday Future engage with potential global strategic investors, enhance communications with government stakeholders, and expand international industrial partnerships. He will also join the FFAI Global Strategic Advisory Council, which the company plans to establish as part of its international strategy.

Role Focused on Global Investor and Policy Engagement

Commenting on his new role, Mr. Cox said:

Background on Chris Nixon Cox

Mr. Cox is active across public and private sectors, serving as CEO of Lightswitch Capital, an investment firm focused on biotechnology. He is also a member of the Richard Nixon Foundation. Previously, he worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, advising private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, and served as New York State Executive Director for Senator John McCain’s 2008 U.S. Presidential campaign.

He holds a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University, a J.D. from the NYU School of Law, and a Finance Certificate from the NYU Stern School of Business.
