BlackBerry (NYSE:BB) has formed a strategic partnership with ISC2 to enhance cybersecurity education at Malaysia's Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CCoE). This collaboration aims to expand the center’s curriculum by incorporating globally recognized cybersecurity certification courses. Among the newly offered programs are the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).

Since the CCoE opened its doors in March 2024, it has successfully trained over 1,500 professionals, providing them with more than 8,000 hours of training. This significant achievement highlights the center’s commitment to addressing the growing demand for skilled cybersecurity professionals in the region.

The introduction of ISC2 certification courses is set to commence in October 2024, with the CISSP and CCSP programs launching in November 2024. These certifications are highly regarded in the cybersecurity industry and are designed to equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.
