This outlook highlights a strong demand trajectory and stable growth within the business aviation sector.

According to the findings, new business jet deliveries in 2025 are projected to be 12% higher than those in 2024, indicating a robust recovery and expansion in the market. The report also notes that over 90% of surveyed operators anticipate flying more or maintaining their current flight activity in 2025, reflecting confidence in future operational needs.

Large jets are expected to dominate expenditures, accounting for approximately two-thirds of all spending in the next five years. North America is projected to receive the bulk of these new deliveries, with an estimated 66% of five-year jet deliveries occurring in the region.

The outlook also emphasizes the importance of sustainability within the industry. Fuel-efficient aircraft are recognized as the most effective means for improving the environmental impact of business aviation, aligning with global efforts to reduce carbon footprints. The focus on sustainability will likely influence manufacturers and operators as they seek to adopt more environmentally friendly practices.

Overall, Honeywell's Global Business Aviation Outlook serves as a valuable resource for stakeholders in the industry, providing insights into future trends, growth opportunities, and the critical emphasis on sustainability. As the sector evolves, these findings will help shape strategic decisions for operators, manufacturers, and other key players in the business aviation landscape.
