Prenetics Global Limited (NASDAQ:PRE) announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Company reported revenue of USD 17.7 million, representing a 594.9% increase compared to the same quarter in 2024. Gross profit reached USD 7.3 million, up 233.5% year-over-year.
Adjusted EBITDA loss was USD (4.1) million, reflecting an 8.7% reduction compared to the first quarter of 2025. Net loss widened to USD (10.9) million, a 22.7% increase versus the second quarter of 2024.
As of September 10, 2025, adjusted current assets were USD 90.3 million, including USD 63.5 million in cash. The Company also held 228.42 Bitcoin valued at USD 26.1 million and remained debt-free.

The brand partnered with tennis world number one and 2025 US Open champion Aryna Sabalenka, who serves as a global ambassador and shareholder. A viral AI-powered marketing campaign featuring Sabalenka achieved 233 million views on Instagram and was showcased on Times Square billboards during the US Open.
IM8 has expanded its scientific advisory board with Dr. Darshan Shah, Dr. Ara Suppiah, and Simon Hill, increasing expertise in regenerative medicine, sports performance, and nutrition. The Company plans to release additional science-based products in the coming months.

In the first half of 2025, IM8 Health achieved over 80% new customer subscription rates, with an average order value of USD 110.
