Prenetics Global Limited (NASDAQ:PRE) announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Company reported revenue of USD 17.7 million, representing a 594.9% increase compared to the same quarter in 2024. Gross profit reached USD 7.3 million, up 233.5% year-over-year.

Adjusted EBITDA loss was USD (4.1) million, reflecting an 8.7% reduction compared to the first quarter of 2025. Net loss widened to USD (10.9) million, a 22.7% increase versus the second quarter of 2024.

As of September 10, 2025, adjusted current assets were USD 90.3 million, including USD 63.5 million in cash. The Company also held 228.42 Bitcoin valued at USD 26.1 million and remained debt-free.

Business Unit Revenue Breakdown

During Q2 2025, business unit contributions were led by IM8 with USD 9.8 million, representing a 70% increase over Q1. Europa contributed USD 5.7 million, while CircleDNA accounted for USD 2.2 million.

For the first half of 2025, total revenue was USD 32.3 million, up 452.1% year-over-year. Gross profit stood at USD 13.2 million, an increase of 166.4% compared to the first half of 2024. The Company posted an adjusted EBITDA loss of USD (8.7) million, while net loss was USD (19.8) million, up 30.2% year-over-year. Business unit revenue contributions were USD 15.5 million from IM8, USD 12.0 million from Europa, and USD 4.8 million from CircleDNA.

IM8 Health Expansion and Partnerships

IM8 Health, wholly owned by Prenetics, has rapidly grown since its launch in December 2024. Monthly net revenue rose from USD 581,000 in December 2024 to USD 5.9 million in August 2025, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 3,100%.

The brand partnered with tennis world number one and 2025 US Open champion Aryna Sabalenka, who serves as a global ambassador and shareholder. A viral AI-powered marketing campaign featuring Sabalenka achieved 233 million views on Instagram and was showcased on Times Square billboards during the US Open.

IM8 has expanded its scientific advisory board with Dr. Darshan Shah, Dr. Ara Suppiah, and Simon Hill, increasing expertise in regenerative medicine, sports performance, and nutrition. The Company plans to release additional science-based products in the coming months.

IM8 Health Customer Metrics

In the first half of 2025, IM8 Health achieved over 80% new customer subscription rates, with an average order value of USD 110. Gross margin stood at 52%, and customer acquisition cost was USD 104, resulting in an implied LTV/CAC ratio of 4.8x. To date, IM8 has processed more than 300,000 orders and delivered over 8 million servings of its flagship Daily Ultimate Essentials product
