Molecular Partners AG {NASDAQ:MOLN} has announced its participation in the upcoming 2024 Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Annual Meeting, where it will present innovative research findings in the field of oncology. The company is set to introduce proof-of-concept data for its new CD3 Switch-DARPin, a novel therapeutic designed to address the challenges associated with T cell engagers in solid tumors. This advancement represents a significant step forward in enhancing the effectiveness of immunotherapy for patients with these difficult-to-treat cancers.

In addition to the CD3 Switch-DARPin data, Molecular Partners will provide further analyses from the Phase 1 study of MP0317, a FAP-localized CD40 agonistic DARPin. This research emphasizes the potential of MP0317 in modulating the tumor microenvironment in patients with advanced solid tumors, contributing to a deeper understanding of its therapeutic benefits.

Two poster presentations are scheduled for November 9, 2024, from 9 am to 8:30 pm CT in Exhibit Halls AB. The titles and details of the presentations include:

  1. "Unlocking precision: a next generation multi-specific CD3 Switch-DARPin with enhanced function to tackle the current limitations of T cell engagers in ovarian cancer" (Abstract & Poster Number: 842)

  2. "Comprehensive biomarker analyses from a Phase 1 study reveals marked tumor microenvironment modulation in patients with advanced solid tumors treated with MP0317, a FAP-localized CD40 agonistic DARPin" (Abstract & Poster Number: 612)

Following the conference, the posters will be made available on Molecular Partners' website, allowing broader access to the research findings. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to advancing cancer treatments and contributing valuable insights into the immuno-oncology landscape. Molecular Partners continues to strive for innovation in therapeutic strategies, aiming to improve outcomes for patients facing solid tumors.
