Among these, 68% of members are enrolled in plans rated 4.5 stars, indicating a strong commitment to quality care and member satisfaction. Several key plans have contributed to Aetna's impressive performance in this year's ratings. The Aetna National Group PPO (H5522), which serves 1.4 million members, has maintained a 4.5-star rating for the 13th consecutive year, showcasing its consistency in delivering high-quality service. Similarly, the Aetna National Individual PPO (H5521), with 1.1 million members, has improved to a 4.5-star rating.
The Aetna Pennsylvania HMO (H3959) has also achieved a 4.5-star rating, demonstrating near-perfect performance in member experience, while the Aetna Florida HMO (H1609) has earned a 4-star rating with a substantial member base of 155,000.
