Bankers Insurance Group, a specialty commercial carrier, is pursuing an expansion strategy that includes entering new states and product lines. To facilitate this initiative, the company will implement Sapiens CoreSuite for P&C to modernize its technology infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. The partnership begins with the launch of builder’s risk and business owner’s policy (BOP) products, with additional product introductions planned in the future.

The CoreSuite solution will provide Bankers with a modern and scalable technology platform designed to reduce manual processes, streamline operations, and deliver improved service levels. By replacing its legacy system, Bankers expects to accelerate product deployment and enhance responsiveness to its business partners. The advanced automation and analytics included in CoreSuite are intended to support the insurer’s ability to navigate competitive and regulatory challenges in the market.

Sapiens CoreSuite for P&C offers a fully integrated system for North American property and casualty insurers, covering policy administration, billing, and claims management. The platform includes features for automated decision-making, reinsurance management, data and analytics, and digital applications, enabling insurers to adapt to changing customer needs, evolving regulations, and new market entrants.

The collaboration with Bankers marks another addition to Sapiens’ client base in the U.S., where demand for digital transformation in insurance continues to grow. According to the company, CoreSuite’s design supports insurers seeking to accelerate digital adoption, improve agility, and bring products to market faster.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Bankers Insurance Group is a subsidiary of Bankers Financial Corporation. The company has developed into a regional specialty commercial carrier with a focus on the Southeastern United States. With decades of experience in catastrophe management, including hurricanes and flooding, Bankers has handled more than 40 significant events, reinforcing its expertise in supporting communities during natural disasters.
