Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) has officially announced its stock dividends for the fourth quarter of 2024. The Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share on its common stock. This dividend is set to be payable on December 27, 2024, to shareholders who are on record as of December 6, 2024.

In addition to the common stock dividend, Bank of America has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.75 per share on the 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. This payment is scheduled for January 24, 2025, with shareholders of record as of January 10, 2025, being eligible to receive the dividend.
