XCharge Limited (Nasdaq:XCH), a provider of integrated EV charging solutions, announced its unaudited financial results for the six months ending June 30, 2025.

For the first half of 2025 (H1 2025), XCharge delivered 454 DC fast chargers, down 40.6% from 764 in the same period of 2024. Total EV charger deliveries dropped 59.1% YoY, from 1,155 units to 472 units. The company attributed the decline to global trade policy uncertainty and evolving renewable energy regulations.

Revenues were USD 12.5 million, a decrease of 38.2% from USD 20.1 million a year earlier. Product revenues fell 39.4% to USD 12.1 million, while service revenues rose 87.5% to USD 0.4 million, driven by growth in maintenance services.

Gross profit for the period was USD 6.4 million, compared with USD 9.8 million in 2024, with gross margin improving to 51.3% from 48.7%. Operating loss widened to USD 7.4 million versus USD 0.004 million last year, while net loss was USD 7.3 million compared with USD 0.2 million in 2024. Adjusted net loss was USD 4.6 million against USD 0.05 million a year earlier.

Cash and cash equivalents stood at USD 16.3 million as of June 30, 2025, compared with USD 26.8 million at year-end 2024.

The board appointed Joel Adalberto Gallo as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3, 2025. Gallo has over three decades of experience in accounting and corporate finance, with prior CFO roles at HD EDU, CoinTiger, and ETAO International Group.

In September 2025, XCharge launched its GridLink charging system in Europe, featuring liquid-cooled thermal management and advanced fire suppression technology, following earlier deployments in North America.
