Princess Cruises has launched its newest dining sensation, Love by Britto, aboard the Sun Princess. This innovative restaurant is a unique collaboration between renowned artist Romero Britto and culinary maestro Rudi Sodamin. Passengers are already enjoying the delightful fusion of art and cuisine.
A Unique Dining Experience
Love by Britto offers a seven-course, prix fixe menu that merges Britto's vibrant artistic style with Sodamin's culinary expertise. This collaboration promises a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The dishes are not only delicious but also visually stunning, embodying Britto's signature joyful and colorful style.

Rudi Sodamin, head of culinary arts for Princess Cruises, emphasized the harmonious blend of art and food in this new venture. "Romero Britto's art brings joy and his universal expression of love perfectly complements my culinary passion. Our goal was to create a memorable dining experience that celebrates the harmony between food, art, and love," Sodamin explained.
An Intimate and Vibrant Setting
Located on deck 17 aft, Love by Britto is an intimate 68-seat venue adorned with Britto's familiar and lively designs. The restaurant’s ambiance is further enhanced by vivid colors, bold patterns, and stunning ocean views, providing a perfect romantic backdrop for diners.
Exquisite Menu Offerings
The dining experience begins with tantalizing aphrodisiacs such as Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes. The main courses feature creatively presented dishes, including Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi, Wild Mushroom Soup, Beet Salad with Figs and Goat Cheese, Pink Champagne and Rose Petal Granita, Lobster Thermidor, and Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus. The meal concludes with a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake, Fresh Berries & Raspberry Cream, and Petits Fours.

The attention to detail extends to the vibrant dinnerware featuring Britto's art, heart-folded napkins, and heart-shaped cutlery. Love by Britto carries a cover charge of $79 per person, and reservations can be made in advance through the Princess app.
