Investment platform Fasset has acquired a license to operate in Dubai. The nation’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) certified the firm to serve qualified, retail, and institutional investors.
A digital asset license incorporates three stages (a provisional license, a preparatory permit, and an operating certificate). Fasset has completed all stages and can now cooperate with VARA to offer tokenized bonds, broker, and stock services.
Further, the investment company is working with the regulator to build remittance corridors.
Fasset remains unique as it prioritizes real-world utility through the blockchain technology. Moreover, the investment firm focuses on stable and secure crypto projects, including top blockchain coins like Bitcoin & Ethereum, precious metals, tokenized commodities, and stablecoins.
Dubai as a crypto hub
Dubai establishes itself as a global cryptocurrency hub by creating a friendly and secure environment for the digital assets business. It has certified various entities, including Crypto.com, to offer regulated crypto services.
Moreover, Dubai’s focus on regulation shows the region’s dedication to ensuring legitimacy in the crypto sector.
