This move represents a significant milestone for the company as it broadens its global presence and taps into the growing demand for sustainable fuel-saving solutions in Africa.
New Distribution Partnership in Nigeria
To facilitate the introduction of its SulNOxEco™ fuel conditioners in the Nigerian market, SulNOx has appointed Fuelonomics Hydrocarbons Innovations Limited (FHIL) as its official distributor. FHIL, a subsidiary of DEER Nigeria Limited, brings extensive experience in both the fuel and mining sectors and will play a pivotal role in promoting SulNOx’s innovative fuel-saving technology. The partnership aims to target various key industries in Nigeria, which is Africa’s fourth-largest economy with a rapidly growing energy market.
Strategic Visit Lays the Foundation for Sales
The expansion into Nigeria follows a successful strategic visit by SulNOx senior management. During the visit, the company laid the groundwork for sales in critical sectors, including generators, fuel refineries, petrol stations, and the transportation sector. These industries are key to Nigeria's economic growth, and SulNOx sees significant potential in driving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions across these domains.
Proven Results and Early Adoption
One of the key successes following the product’s introduction has been a demonstration of its effectiveness by NIPCO (Nigerian Independent Petroleum Company). NIPCO has reported an impressive 10% fuel saving in its fuel tankers using SulNOxEco™, underscoring the product’s ability to deliver tangible cost savings and environmental benefits. Following this success, NIPCO is planning to roll out SulNOxEco™ across its entire fleet, as well as distribute the product through its network of 205 petrol stations nationwide, further expanding its reach in the Nigerian market.
Initial Order and Future Plans
As part of the rollout, FHIL has placed an initial order of around 4,000 liters of SulNOxEco™ fuel conditioner. This order will help kick-start the product’s implementation in key sectors across Nigeria, providing an important foundation for further sales and market penetration in the region.
SulNOx's entry into Nigeria marks a critical step in its global expansion strategy, with the company continuing to develop sustainable solutions to reduce fuel consumption and lower emissions across multiple industries worldwide.
