Rosslyn (AIM: RDT) Secures $520k Contract with Leading Global Consulting Firm and First Customer via New Partnership

Rosslyn (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise spend intelligence solutions, has announced a significant development in its strategic growth, having secured a contract with a US-based entity of a major global consulting firm. The contract, valued at £520k over three years, will see Rosslyn work with the Consulting Partner to establish a centre of excellence aimed at maximizing the value of Rosslyn’s spend intelligence platform for the consulting firm’s customers. Additionally, Rosslyn is pleased to confirm that it has also secured its first customer through this partnership.

The new contracts, which include both the Consulting Partner and the first customer secured via the partnership, are expected to generate around £185k in revenue in the current financial year, contributing to Rosslyn’s growing presence in the enterprise spend intelligence market.

The Consulting Partner, headquartered in the US, is one of the five largest consulting firms globally and a leader in procurement operations consulting, as recognized by ALM Intelligence’s Vanguard report. With a presence in over 150 countries, the Consulting Partner offers services across audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, and tax, serving a wide range of industries. The firm selected Rosslyn after a rigorous competitive tender process to replace its in-house spend management system with an advanced, enterprise-grade solution.

As part of the agreement, the Consulting Partner will conduct a three-month internal spend visibility project across its US operations, leveraging Rosslyn’s platform to gain spend intelligence insights on more than $5 billion of annual spend across 17,500 suppliers. This project will not only help embed Rosslyn’s solution within the Consulting Partner’s operations but will also serve as the foundation for the establishment of a North American centre of excellence. The partnership will also include the development of a joint go-to-market strategy, with both parties working together to offer Rosslyn’s advanced spend intelligence platform to the Consulting Partner’s global customer base.

In addition to the partnership with the Consulting Partner, Rosslyn has successfully secured its first customer through this collaboration, a leading global manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing solutions. Headquartered in the UK, the Customer operates in approximately 40 countries and has over 120 production facilities across Europe, Africa, and Asia. This company is part of a larger industrial group that operates in over 80 countries and employs more than 20,000 people across its 10 holding companies. The contract with this customer marks an important step forward in Rosslyn’s efforts to expand its client base through strategic partnerships.

The new partnership and customer acquisition represent a key milestone in Rosslyn’s partner-led go-to-market approach, which aims to expand the company’s reach through high-profile collaborations with global consulting firms. The agreement further strengthens Rosslyn’s position in the spend intelligence market, providing new growth opportunities and reinforcing the value of its platform in driving procurement and spend visibility for large enterprises.
