CAP-XX Limited (LSE:CPX), a global leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems, has announced the appointment of Ariel Sivikofsky as its Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Mr. Sivikofsky will serve in a non-board capacity for an initial six months, with the expectation that his role may become permanent thereafter.
Ariel Sivikofsky's Experience and Expertise
Mr. Sivikofsky brings over 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, having served as the CFO for several private and ASX-listed companies in Australia and Europe. Most recently, he was the CFO of Netlinkz Limited, an Australian-listed technology company. His extensive career also includes positions as CFO at InvestorFirst, now known as Hub24 (ASX:HUB), Macquarie Media Limited (ASX:MRN), and Bova UK Specials Ltd. In addition, he has served as a senior director at Deloitte Australia, specializing in Assurance and Finance Advisory. Mr. Sivikofsky holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, as well as a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Board Update: Steen Feldskov to Step Down
In addition to the appointment of Mr. Sivikofsky, CAP-XX has announced that Steen Feldskov will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director following the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13 January 2025. Mr. Feldskov will not seek re-election at the AGM, marking the end of his tenure with the company.
