Artemis Resources Ltd {LSE:ARV} has announced the results of high-grade gold and silver assays obtained from rock chip sampling at the Titan prospect, which is part of the Karratha Gold Project located in Western Australia’s West Pilbara region. This recent data comes from the second phase of surface sampling, which follows initial reconnaissance conducted in August 2024.
The assay results from this latest sampling phase are remarkable, featuring values that exceed 55% gold and over 1,000 g/t silver. Noteworthy findings include samples yielding 553,754 g/t gold paired with 1,305 g/t silver, along with other significant results of 223,056 g/t gold and 1,195 g/t silver, and 33,389 g/t gold with 233 g/t silver. These results not only confirm prior findings but also identify additional high-grade, untested quartz and iron-oxide veins.
A total of 97 samples were collected for processing, and the Titan prospect shows considerable potential, encompassing a mineralised area that spans more than 63 hectares. The mineralisation remains open, indicating further opportunities for exploration.
Artemis Resources regards the Titan prospect and the surrounding Carlow tenement as highly prospective for the development of a larger-scale gold system. The company intends to persist with its exploration efforts at Titan, aiming to uncover further mineral resources and expand its understanding of this promising site. The ongoing exploration endeavors highlight Artemis’s commitment to unlocking the full potential of the Karratha Gold Project.
