ValiRx Plc (LSE:VAL), a life science company focused on developing early-stage cancer therapeutics and advancing women's health, has announced a significant collaboration through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inaphaea BioLabs Limited. This partnership involves a co-marketing agreement with BioRep S.r.l., an Italian biobanking service provider and a member of the Sapio Group.

Strategic Partnership for Drug Screening and Biobanking Services

The co-marketing agreement aims to enhance Inaphaea's high-throughput drug screening services and Patient Derived Cells (PDC) offerings, making them available to BioRep's extensive network of clients. This collaboration not only broadens the scope of services available to clients but also underscores the commitment of both companies to advance research and development in the life sciences sector.

As part of the agreement, BioRep will provide backup sample storage and logistics services, ensuring seamless integration and support for Inaphaea's drug screening initiatives in mainland Europe. Additionally, BioRep will offer molecular biology services, further enriching the capabilities of both organizations.

Revenue Sharing and Collaborative Marketing Efforts

Under the terms of the agreement, both Inaphaea and BioRep will be entitled to a percentage of service or sales royalties generated from contracts introduced by either party. This revenue-sharing model aligns the interests of both companies and incentivizes them to leverage their respective networks and expertise to maximize the potential of their collaborative offerings.

Moreover, the companies have committed to co-marketing their services, which is expected to amplify their market presence and attract new clients. This collaborative marketing approach is designed to highlight the combined strengths of Inaphaea's drug screening technologies and BioRep's biobanking capabilities.

Enhancing Cancer Therapeutics and Women's Health

Inaphaea’s focus on high-throughput drug screening is crucial for the development of effective cancer therapies, allowing for the rapid assessment of drug candidates using PDC. This approach facilitates a more personalized medicine strategy, providing insights into how different patients may respond to specific treatments.

The collaboration with BioRep is a strategic move to bolster Inaphaea’s offerings, enabling the company to expand its reach within the European market. By integrating BioRep's biobanking services, Inaphaea aims to provide comprehensive solutions to clients engaged in drug development and research.
