hVIVO plc (AIM:HVO), a leading specialist contract research organization (CRO) renowned for its expertise in human challenge clinical trials for infectious and respiratory diseases, has announced its decision to cancel its listing on Euronext Growth. This strategic move aims to consolidate the trading of its stock exclusively on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Focus on Primary Operations in the UK

The decision to delist from Euronext Growth is driven by the company's primary operational focus and the majority of its employees and investor base being located in the UK. The Board believes that concentrating trading on the AIM Market will streamline operations and eliminate the additional costs and complexities associated with maintaining dual listings.

Impact on Trading and Shares

Despite the cancellation of its Euronext Growth listing, hVIVO’s ordinary shares will continue to trade on the AIM Market under the ticker "HVO". The consolidation is expected to have no adverse impact on the trading of the company's shares. Investors can rest assured that the shares' liquidity and market presence will remain robust on AIM.

Regulatory Compliance and Timeline

In compliance with Euronext Growth Rules, hVIVO has duly notified Euronext of its intention to cancel the listing. The cancellation process requires a minimum notice period of twenty business days. Therefore, the delisting from Euronext Growth is scheduled to become effective at 7:00 a.m. on September 2, 2024.
