Haleon plc (LSE/NYSE: HLN) has announced its half-year results for the period ending 31 December 2024, along with a significant increase in its interim dividend. Consistent with the company's previous guidance to grow the dividend in line with earnings, the Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary share for H1 2024. This represents an 11% increase compared to the interim dividend declared in 2023.

Dividend Details

The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on 19 September 2024. It will be distributed to holders of ordinary shares and US American Depositary Shares ("ADS") who are on the register as of 16 August 2024. Dividend Reinvestment Programme

Haleon also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Programme (DRIP) for ordinary shareholders who wish to reinvest their dividends. The deadline to elect participation in the DRIP is 30 August 2024.
