The Board of VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (LSE:VOF) has announced the appointment of Charlotta Ginman as a non-executive Director, effective from 2 January 2025. Ginman will also serve as a member of the fund's various board committees.

Ginman, a Chartered Accountant, brings a wealth of experience as a Non-Executive Director and in senior finance roles across major international companies.
