The Board of VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (LSE:VOF) has announced the appointment of Charlotta Ginman as a non-executive Director, effective from 2 January 2025. Ginman will also serve as a member of the fund's various board committees.
Ginman, a Chartered Accountant, brings a wealth of experience as a Non-Executive Director and in senior finance roles across major international companies. With a background in investment banking and a successful career in the corporate sector, her appointment adds significant value to VOF's governance and strategic direction.
Ginman’s career journey began in investment banking at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan, where she built a strong foundation in finance. She later transitioned to senior finance positions at Nokia and Vertu, before shifting her focus to Non-Executive Director roles. Over the last five years, she has contributed to the boards of several international companies, including Consort Medical PLC, Pacific Assets Trust PLC, Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC, and Keywords Studios PLC.
