Manx Financial Group (LSE:MFX) has stepped up its efforts in the UK’s finance space through its subsidiary, Payment Assist Limited, by forming several new partnerships that significantly expand its Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) footprint. While Manx Financial is not part of the FTSE100, the move marks a notable development in the broader finance sector, particularly in the realm of automotive services and digital lending.
The company has secured five new agreements in the first half of the year, positioning itself as a more prominent player in retail and automotive finance solutions. Among the most strategic of these is an alliance with Retail Automotive Alliance Limited, a network that includes dozens of dealer groups and a vast network of service and repair centres across the UK. This initiative will help Payment Assist deploy BNPL offerings directly into the hands of car servicing businesses and consumers alike.
Additionally, Payment Assist has collaborated with eDynamix UK to embed its finance solutions within the exstoPay platform. This integration is already active across more than a thousand UK dealership locations, streamlining consumer access to interest-free finance at the point of vehicle service or repair.
Further boosting its reach, Payment Assist is partnering with brands like Car Care Plan/Nissan, Fix Auto UK, and Revive! Auto Innovations. These collaborations aim to widen the availability of non-insurance repair finance and merchant services, while also supporting the roll-out of interest-free service plans across various auto care networks.
These developments underscore Manx Financial’s approach to deepening its digital lending capabilities through embedded finance models. By targeting automotive services—a sector experiencing strong demand for flexible finance options—the group is carving out a larger share of a highly active market.
This recent flurry of partnership activity reflects a broader shift in consumer expectations and industry momentum toward accessible, interest-free financial solutions. With a strategic focus on operational partnerships and customer touchpoints, Manx Financial Group (MFX) is clearly positioning itself for sustained relevance in the evolving financial services landscape.
