Adsure Services PLC (LSE:ADSR) has announced a major step in its digital transformation journey, as its operating subsidiary, TIAA Ltd, signs a contract with K10 Vision to implement an advanced audit working paper platform. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency while laying the groundwork for cutting-edge AI innovation.
A Step Toward Smarter Audits
After a competitive selection process, K10 Vision emerged as the ideal partner for Adsure’s tech upgrade. Their platform’s robust features and innovative solutions will help TIAA Ltd transition to a fully online audit system, improving accuracy and streamlining workflows.
The switch to digital working papers will not only modernize operations but also create structured data tables, forming a rich database to train proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) AI tools. These tools are designed to improve the audit and assurance processes for government-funded organizations such as NHS trusts, housing associations, and local councils.
Accelerating Digital Transformation
The integration of K10 Vision’s software is already in progress, with full implementation expected in the coming months. This upgrade will empower TIAA Ltd to handle complex audits with greater precision, while the data collected will feed into the development of AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks, enhance risk assessments, and deliver deeper insights to clients.
Kevin Limn, CEO of Adsure Services PLC, highlighted the strategic importance of this initiative:
"Implementing K10 Vision's cutting-edge audit software is a significant step forward in our strategic roadmap. This system will not only enhance our operational efficiencies but also provide a structured foundation for developing next-generation AI tools tailored to audit and assurance services."
