Maintel revises FY 2025 revenue outlook to around £95m, with adjusted EBITDA expected at £7m.
Two major deals secured in H2 worth £9.7m total contract value across retail and public sector clients.
Interim results for H1 2025 scheduled for release on 18 September 2025.
Maintel Holdings Plc (AIM:MAI), a UK-based provider of cloud communications, connectivity and security managed services, has issued a trading update outlining revised financial expectations for FY 2025 alongside the signing of two significant contracts in its Security & Connectivity business pillar.
The Company entered the second half of the year with one of its largest sales pipelines in recent years. However, delays in pipeline closures and the loss of a key anticipated contract have impacted its full-year outlook. Maintel now expects revenue for FY 2025 to be around £95.0 million, with gross margins slightly weaker than previously anticipated due to changes in revenue mix. Adjusted EBITDA is projected at approximately £7.0 million.
Of the three major deals the Company aimed to secure in H2, two have been successfully signed while the third was not concluded despite positive customer engagement. The two secured contracts have a combined value of £9.7 million.
The first agreement was signed with a leading UK retailer and involves delivering an SD-WAN managed service across more than 300 locations, enhancing the client’s connectivity and operational resilience. The second contract was awarded by a large county police force and covers a managed local network and Wi-Fi solution.
Both deals align with Maintel’s strategic focus on Security & Connectivity, which remains a core growth driver for the Group.
Despite the disappointment of missing one of the three key deals, the Board remains confident in Maintel’s transformation programme and specialist Managed Service Provider (MSP) strategy. The Company continues to focus on differentiation in the managed communications market, operational optimisation, and building long-term value for shareholders.
The Group confirmed that it will publish its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Thursday, 18 September 2025.
Maintel continues to provide managed communications services to both public and private sector clients across the UK, positioning itself at the intersection of cloud communications, security, and connectivity—areas that remain key priorities for businesses and government organisations.
