MS International Plc Acquires Armada Janse Bv Through Its Subsidiary Petrol Sign Bv

MS International Plc (AIM: MSI), has acquired the entire issued share capital of Armada Janse bv from Armada Group BV. The acquisition was made through its wholly owned subsidiary company Petrol Sign bv, and the consideration for the acquisition is Euro 339,000. The company has furthermore repaid Euro 281,000 owing by Armada Janse bv to Armada Group BV.

On 17th September 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 08:05 AM, MSI shares were trading at GBX 170.00, down by 27.00 points or 13.71% against the previous day closing price.
