Countryside Properties Plc reports a 65% rise in total forward order book for Q1 2020

Countryside Properties Plc (LON:CSP) has released a trading update for the period from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019.

  • In the first quarter, the company reported a total completion of 1,097 homes, slightly higher as compared to 1,094 homes in Q1 2019.
  • The private average selling price (ASP) of homes were lower at £394,000 as compared to £395,000 in Q1 2019.
  • Company’s total forward order book was up 65 per cent at £1,565 million as compared to £946 million in Q1 2019.
  • On 23rd January 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 08:11 AM, CSP shares were trading at GBX 507.00, unchanged against the previous day closing price.
