Airtel Africa Plc Enters Into A Partnership With Mastercard

  • Airtel Africa Plc (AAF) has entered into a partnership with Mastercard to Transform Digital Payments Landscape.
  • As per the deal entered by the two companies, over 100 million Airtel Africa mobile phone users across 14 African countries will have access to Mastercard's global network.
  • For international payments, Airtel Money customers will have the benefit of competitive pricing and preferential exchange rates.
  • On 8th October 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 12:43 PM, AAF shares were trading at GBX 50.30, down by 1.35 points or 2.61 per cent against the previous day closing price.
