WARSAW, March 24 (Reuters) - The European Peace Facility, which is used to fund arms for Ukraine, will amount to at least 3.5 billion euros ($3.76 billion) in the coming years, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Friday on the sidelines of a European Union summit in Brussels.
