Auric Minerals Corp. (CSE: AUMC) is a Canadian-based exploration company focusing on non-gold precious metals and minerals, primarily silver and uranium. The company is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the ticker symbol AUMC and holds several valuable mineral properties across British Columbia, Canada. One of the company's most prominent assets is the Goodeye Property, located in a mineral-rich region known for its silver and gold deposits. Auric Minerals is making significant strides in the exploration of these properties, aiming to unlock their full potential and create value for its shareholders.

Exploration Work at the Goodeye Property

Auric Minerals Corp. has officially commenced its 2024 exploration work at the Goodeye Property in British Columbia, Canada, marking a significant step in its ongoing efforts to unlock the potential of this key asset. As of November 21, 2024, the company’s field team mobilized to the property to begin the next phase of exploration.

The current exploration program will follow up on the recommendations made in the technical report of the property. During previous exploration work in 2021, the company identified promising zones rich in silver and gold. Specifically, the contact zone between the Carboniferous (CS) and Sheppard Intrusion (Esg) showed higher values of both precious metals. This zone is interpreted as a roof pendent structure, with CS surrounded by Esg intrusion. Similarly, the contact zone between the Sheppard Intrusion and the Lower Jurassic Elise Formation (LJev) also revealed significant concentrations of silver and gold.

The ongoing exploration work aims to extend these findings by focusing on additional contact zones, quartz veins within the Sheppard Intrusion, and several structural targets. Structural targets marked by northwest-trending faults, such as the Wanita Fault and Violin Lake Fault, are also high-priority areas for further mapping and sampling. The company will also extend its geophysical survey grids to capture magnetic features and VLF conductors, expanding its understanding of the geological features across the property.

Auric Minerals Corp. has witnessed a remarkable surge in its stock performance over recent months. As of November 22, 2024, the stock was trading at CAD 0.9800, reflecting a 145% increase in the past five days. This surge follows an impressive 444.44% increase since the start of the year, signaling a strong investor interest in the company’s exploration efforts and future potential. Over the last year, Auric Minerals has seen a solid increase of 91.22%, further underscoring the growing optimism surrounding its operations.

Such stock performance is reflective of both the company’s strategic direction and the positive market reaction to its recent developments, including the commencement of exploration activities at the Goodeye Property and the announcement of its significant acquisition plans.

Acquisition of Central Uranium Resources Corp.

In addition to its exploration work at Goodeye, Auric Minerals has also signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Central Uranium Resources Corp. for CAD 1.4 million. This acquisition is poised to further strengthen the company’s portfolio in the uranium sector, providing it with new exploration opportunities in one of the world’s most sought-after commodities. Uranium, a critical resource for nuclear energy production, is seeing rising demand, making this acquisition a potentially strategic move for Auric Minerals as it expands its footprint in the global precious metals and minerals market.
