Nevis Brands, a player of consumer sector has announced an important expansion for its Major Hemp Derived THC Delta 9 (HD9) beverages, following a new licensing agreement with Stash House Distribution. This partnership will significantly broaden the availability of Major’s products across numerous territories in the United States. Prior to this agreement, the Major brand was available in a limited number of states, but it will now be accessible to millions of new consumers through both online and physical retail channels.

Partnership with Stash House Distribution

The partnership with Stash House Distribution marks a critical step for Nevis Brands (TSX:NEVI) in making its HD9 beverages more widely available. Stash House will handle the production and distribution, ensuring the product’s compliance with federal regulations under the Farm Bill. These regulations allow the distribution of hemp-derived THC products with less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, making them accessible in areas where such products are permitted by law.

Through the Stash House Goldfish online platform, Major’s HD9 shots are now available for purchase, making them the only HD9 beverage currently offered on the platform. This partnership not only strengthens Major’s presence in the online retail market but also opens doors to expand into traditional retail settings such as liquor stores and smoke shops.

Expanding Market Reach

With this new distribution strategy, Nevis Brands has significantly increased its market reach. Major products, previously limited to dispensaries in select states, are now set to be available across a much larger geographical footprint. Consumers will have access to popular flavors like Blueberry, Fruit Punch, and Blackberry Lemonade, enhancing the appeal of the brand to a broader audience. The company sees this expansion as an opportunity to solidify Major as a leading brand in the HD9 beverage category.

Traditional and Online Retail Opportunities

The move to partner with Stash House also reflects Nevis Brands’ strategy of entering traditional retail environments. Beyond online sales, Major’s HD9 products will be available in liquor stores and smoke shops, providing consumers with multiple ways to purchase these beverages. This strategic expansion sets the stage for Major to become a major player in the HD9 beverage market, reaching a much larger consumer base.
