Additional Order Advances 2026 Commitment

On 30 December 2025, Beyond Oil disclosed that Pilpel placed an additional order totaling 21,600 kilograms of the Company’s product. The order follows an earlier announcement dated 4 September 2025 and represents an advance purchase against Pilpel’s minimum volume obligation for 2026.

Under the exclusive distribution agreement, Pilpel committed to minimum annual purchase volumes beginning with at least 75,600 kilograms in 2026, with required volumes increasing over the term to maintain exclusivity. End-Customer Uptake Across Foodservice Channels

The repeat order follows accelerated adoption of Beyond Oil’s solution by end customers across Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. The product has been introduced to restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other foodservice operators throughout the region.

Beyond Oil stated that customer uptake has been driven by the early deployment of its solution through Pilpel’s established distribution network.
