The study concludes that the primary silver-gold-zinc mineralization—classified as M1 and M2 in the geological framework—is structurally controlled, occurring mainly along the regional S1 foliation and northeast-southwest trending shear zones. These structures likely served as main conduits for hydrothermal fluids depositing the minerals.

The mineralized structures align broadly with the regional Rocky Brook-Millstream Fault (RBMF), a major crustal-scale fault believed to have focused mineralizing fluids across the district. Structural evidence indicates that M2 mineralization formed during or shortly after the initial deformation event (D1). The close association with the Late Devonian Nicholas-Denys granodiorite (dated at 381 ± 4 Ma) supports a magmatic-hydrothermal origin for the mineralizing fluids.

Highlighted assay results include hole ND26-007A with 0.95 metres grading 1,210.1 g/t silver, 4.6 g/t gold, 4.82% zinc, and 5.38% lead (equivalent to 1,426.9 g/t silver). Hole ND26-009 returned 3.85 metres at 71.4 g/t silver, 0.2 g/t gold, 2.24% zinc, and 0.91% lead, including 0.4 metres at 600.3 g/t silver equivalent, and 2 metres grading 621.1 g/t silver, 2.6 g/t gold, 4.94% zinc, and 3.21% lead (796.8 g/t silver equivalent).

Hole ND26-010 intersected 5.2 metres at 184 g/t silver, 0.68 g/t gold, 1.72% zinc, and 1.10% lead, including 0.5 metres at 1,508.4 g/t silver equivalent. Hole ND26-011B reported 2.6 metres at 129.2 g/t silver, 0.35 g/t gold, 1.66% zinc, and 1.14% lead, plus 0.3 metres at 206 g/t silver, 0.27 g/t gold, 5.14% zinc, and 5.02% lead. All assay values are uncut, with intervals representing drilled intercept lengths; true widths remain undetermined as mineralization is open in all directions.

Multiple Mineralization Events Indicate Complex System

The structural study identifies a younger mineralization phase, labeled M3, characterized by carbonate-quartz-pyrite veinlets that crosscut earlier alteration and main silver-lead-zinc mineralization. This later hydrothermal event may explain elevated gold grades in recent drill intersections. The company notes at least two high-grade silver mineralizing events are evident from cross-cutting geological relationships.

The potential third, younger gold-bearing mineralization phase opens a new exploration avenue for Silver Acadia.
