AI-Driven Drug Discovery Progress
Dr. Siggins' appointment comes after Algorae's initial readout of 24 artificial intelligence-generated drug targets, developed using its AlgoraeOS drug discovery platform. The targets have been reviewed for their commercial and intellectual property potential and will now progress to preclinical studies at an Australian pharmaceutical lab.
Strategic Insight for Future Development
As a new member of the scientific advisory board, Dr. Siggins will provide strategic advice on potential commercial partnerships for AI-generated drug targets and other drug candidates owned by Algorae. Algorae’s Chair, David Hainsworth, emphasized the invaluable role Dr. Siggins' unparalleled experience in pharmaceutical innovation will play as the company advances its pipeline of drug candidates.
