Cameron Switzer appointed as Technical Advisor to the Board and Exploration Manager at Cannindah Resources.

Mr Switzer has held key leadership roles at Newcrest Mining and Newmont Mining, contributing to major discoveries including the 8Moz Havieron gold deposit.

In his new role at CAE, he will provide strategic oversight for exploration programs and resource expansion initiatives.

Cannindah Resources Limited (ASX:CAE) has appointed Cameron Switzer, an accomplished geologist, as the company’s Technical Advisor to the Board and Exploration Manager. With over 35 years of extensive experience in the mining industry, Mr. Switzer brings a wealth of expertise in mineral exploration, resource development, and project evaluation.

Extensive Expertise in Mineral Exploration

Mr. Switzer has worked both internationally and domestically, focusing on copper, gold, and base metals projects. His deep knowledge ofporphyry copper-gold systems, particularly in Queensland, aligns closely with the strategic exploration and development goals of the company’s flagship Mt Cannindah Project.

CAE shares were trading at AU$0.070, up 1.45%, at the time of writing on 7 March 2025.
