Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX:EM1), an online gaming platform provider from the telecommunication services sector, announced that after the extensive research and planning, it is going to launch ArcadeX in Australia and other tier 1 countries in March 2019.
The South African pilot testing was highly successful which demonstrated an outstanding brand engagement supported by engagement metrics which included 150,000 monthly game sessions, more than 15 minutes average engagement time along with an impressive bounce rate which was less than 5%. The company launched a new UI/UX platform which optimized the stronger results, with an ideal gaming experience as well a perfect opportunity for brands in Australia, US, UK, and Europe.
The company also entered into a partnership with the Meerkats, a leading multinational brand agency, which got engaged by ArcadeX to optimize the advertising environment within their tournament gaming platform with maximum impact and minimum gaming disruption.
Through the Arcade X platform, the Australian brands will get a market opportunity to build bespoke branded games. Also, on 4 December 2018, EM1 entered into a global distribution agreement with the Cloudzen Pte Ltd (âCloudzenâ) to access its intellectual property âGameCloudâ which will enable EN1 in streaming multiple high-quality games on mobile phones.
In the last six months, the stock has generated a negative return of 35.71%. By the end of the trading session on 19 February 2019, the closing price of the stock was A$0.010 which was 11.111% above its previous trading dayâs closing price. The stock has a market capitalization of A$5.29 million and approximately 587.59 million outstanding shares.
