Silver47 Exploration progresses with soil geochemical survey in British Columbia
Rock sampling aims to refine targets across a large mineralised area
The project supports longer-term drilling plans following new exploration permits
Silver47 Exploration (TSX-V:AGA), a minerals exploration company, is intensifying work at its wholly owned Adams Plateau Project in southern British Columbia. The site, considered prospective for silver, zinc, copper, gold, and lead, has become a key focus of the company’s broader efforts across North America.
The company’s expanding portfolio includes three silver and critical metals projects across Canada and the United States, positioning Silver47 in a sector witnessing increased interest in resource diversification and regional exploration.
Soil and Rock Sampling Strengthens Early-Stage Survey
Silver47 has commenced extensive soil geochemical surveys at Adams Plateau, with efforts aimed at identifying high-priority zones across the property. As part of this phase, dozens of additional rock samples have been collected to refine the geological profile and assist in defining drill targets.
These combined field activities mark a foundational step toward developing a cohesive understanding of the mineralised landscape. The exploration program builds upon historical datasets and seeks to provide comprehensive coverage across the central and eastern segments of the project area.
Permit Supports Multi-Year Drilling Vision
Silver47 has received approval for a five-year drilling permit, enabling flexibility in the long-term exploration strategy at Adams Plateau. This regulatory milestone complements the company’s ambitions to delineate viable zones through a combination of soil sampling, surface mapping, and geophysical tools.
CEO Gary Thompson stated that surface mineralisation visible throughout the property is viewed as a motivating indicator for future campaigns. The permit allows the team to expand its search footprint and strategically plan multiple drill campaigns under a structured timeframe.
Linking Historical Grids with New Exploration Focus
Since acquiring Adams Plateau, Silver47 has worked toward developing a comprehensive soil geochemical database covering the Eagle Bay assemblage. The current soil grid connects several historical datasets, allowing for integrated analysis of anomalies in silver, copper, and zinc.
The layout of the updated survey ensures nearly full coverage of known mineralised trends. This structured approach enhances the project’s alignment with modern exploration standards and offers a strategic view of the terrain for ongoing assessment.
Broader Developments Support Corporate Growth
In parallel with fieldwork at Adams Plateau, Silver47 is advancing corporate changes that include a full-season drilling campaign at the flagship Red Mountain Project. Additionally, a proposed merger with Summa Silver (TSX-V:SSVR) remains underway, marking a significant shift in the company’s broader trajectory.
These developments reflect an active operational year, with multiple exploration and corporate initiatives occurring simultaneously. The company continues to align its technical and strategic objectives across regional assets in Canada and the US.
