Sydney Airport (ASX:SYD) provided an update on airport traffic performance in May 2020.
In May 2020, total passenger traffic was almost 92,000 passengers, dwindled by 97.4% on the prior corresponding period (pcp).
Domestic passengers totaled 62,000 for the month, down 97.2% and total 29,000 international passengers passed through Sydney Airport in May, dropped by 97.7% on the pcp.
Moreover, SYD anticipates that the decline in passenger traffic to continue till the travel restrictions are eased.
