Seek FY20 Results Affected Due to Shaky Economic Conditions And COVID-19

Seek Limited (ASX:SEK) announced its FY20 results which were affected due to shaky economic conditions and COVID-19. Highlights for 12 months ended 30 June 2020 are as follows:

  • Revenue growth of 3% to $ 1,577.4 million on pcp and EBITDA decline of 9% to $414.9 million on pcp
  • Reported NPAT excluding significant items, more than halved to $90.3 million compared to $184.8 million on pcp
  • Impairment charge of $198 million in FY20 was incurred related to the carrying value of Brasil Online, OCC Mundial and four non-core minority early stage investments
