Pacific Current Group Terminates Acquisition Discussion

Pacific Current Group Limited (ASX: PAC) reported that the discussion with a US asset management firm was terminated, relating to an unsolicited, non-binding and indicative proposal to acquire 100% of PAC at $7.425 per share.

  • The interested party had completed the due diligence.
  • The proposal was unchanged at $7.425 less any dividend paid.
  • The Board said that the proposal is not sufficiently attractive, following consultations.
  • The Board remains committed to pursue its strategy to deliver shareholder value.

At market close on 29 October 2019, PAC quoted $6.94, up by 2.3%.
