Independence Group to Provide Withdrawal Rights to Panoramic Shareholders

Independence Group NL (ASX: IGO) has reported to allow Panoramic shareholders to withdraw their acceptance. IGO had an off-market takeover bid to wholly-acquire Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX: PAN), which was lapsed late last month.

·         PAN shareholders who had accepted the offer will have right to withdraw.

·         Withdrawal process is expected to complete before 17 January 2020.

By 1:42 PM AEDT, IGO was trading at $6.19, down by 0.8 per cent from the previous close.
