Housing Industry Association stated that in June 2020, New Home Sales grew up by 77.6% from the record low in May 2020. New Home Sales were at the lowest level on record in March and it continued to decline in April and May.
However, the improvement in June indicates that the HomeBuilder program is working, to differing levels in each jurisdiction. The Government’s announcement of the HomeBuilder program has provided confidence in the market improve.
