Emeco Responded to Media speculation for the potential acquisition of BGCC

Emeco Holdings Limited (ASX: EHL) has responded to the media speculation regarding a possible acquisition of BC Contracting Pty Limited (BGCC). The company confirmed that it is currently exploring opportunities to add value to the Emeco Group and its shareholders on an ongoing basis.

Emeco Holdings commented that none of the opportunities it is exploring is sufficiently advanced to warrant disclosure. The company has confirmed that it is following ASX listing rule 3.1 (Disclosure).

At AEST (12:50 PM), the stock was trading at $1.970, up by 1.285 per cent from the previous close.
