ATO Provides Support and Guidance to Make Tax Time Easier During This Challenging Year

The Australian Taxation Office noted that the community has faced significant challenges in 2020. The support and guidance provided by ATO should make time easier, especially where new situations mean that people are getting a dissimilar type of income or able to apply for new tax deduction.

Karen Foat, the Assistant Commissioner at ATO stated that ATO has various methods by which it can help taxpayers as well as the community during this tax period.
