K&F Growth Acquisition Corp. II has announced the pricing of its $250 million initial public offering (IPO), with 25 million units priced at $10.00 each. The blank check company will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker “KFIIU”, with its Class A ordinary shares and Share Rights expected to trade separately in the future as “KFII” and “KFIIR”, respectively.

Each IPO unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifteenth of a Class A ordinary share, granted upon the completion of an initial business combination. Notably, no public or private warrants are included in this offering. The IPO is set to close on February 6, 2025, subject to final approvals.

The company has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3.75 million additional units to cover over-allotments, which could further increase the total raised capital. BTIG, LLC is serving as the sole book-running manager for the IPO.
