As per the deal, Cullinan will pay Genrix Bio a $20M upfront license fee for exclusive rights to develop and commercialize velinotamig in all disease areas worldwide other than Greater China. Genrix can earn up to $292M in development and regulatory milestones and an extra $400M based on sales, alongside tiered royalties ranging from the mid-single digits to the mid-teens on potential net sales outside Greater China. Genrix aims to start an early stage trial in China by year-end for patients with autoimmune conditions.Cullinan plans to use this data to speed up the program's clinical development.
